About CV Success

As an experienced Personnel consultant and business owner, Anita Smith founded CV Success to provide much needed career support for people wanting professional advancement and for general job seekers.

Originally established in the Bay of Plenty, CV Success is now based in Auckland and has moved with the digital era and now offers a nationwide service throughout New Zealand.

Specialising in servicing: corporate, professional, trades, medical, administration, education and entrant level clients, CV Success draws from extensive experience in recruitment, human resources and management.

Over her career, Anita has processed over 100,000 job applications and has seen pretty much everything when it comes to applications.  There are definitely things that can be considered the 'cringe factor', which unfortunately happen far to often in job applications.  CV Success is set up to help you to not only avoid creating a 'cringe' response but to leave the employer with no doubt of what you have to offer and why they should hire you.

You are unable to control who else applies for the same position, however you absolutely can control how you present your skills, expertise, past experience and culture fit.
